Above: Though not exactly a ''wheeled vehicle” this power shovel does quite a bit of moving {earth moving) for the Buildings and Grounds Department. With the sub stitution of a leverage arm in place of the scooping arm, the "vehicle” becomes a crane —capable of lifting tremend ous weights. Above right: Bob Rogers (Landscape Crew), who is also the shovel operator, is shown at the con trols of another well-known earth mover — a bulldozer. Right: The bicycle is proving to be a shoe sole saver for the boys who handle the Depart mental mail. Shown are Cline Sentelle (standing) and George Taylor. Far right: Though not an "Ecusta ve hicle”, the Southern Railway’s diesel pays visits twice a day to the Paper and Film Divi sions leaving raw materials and supplies and picking up finished pap,er and cellophane.
