0 C 1 PEOPLE AND i PICTURES.... ! jULfiJLSLSLfiJU Shown above is a group inspecting the Ecusta exhibit on opening day at the North Carolina State Fair which ivas held in Raleigh last week. Over sixty thousand persons attended the fair on the first day, and it was estimated that 500,000 would attend the five-day fair. At left in the photograph are Tom Johnson (left) and Herb Childs of the Vihii Division Sales Department. The two scenes at right show tivo of the twenty groups of members of the Southern and South eastern divisions of the American Pulp and Paper Mill Superintendents association who visited Ecusta on October 15. Lloyd Burhans (right) is shown in the top photo with one group in the Refining Department. Ray Hooper (right center) is shown with another group in the Machine Room. The association's annual meeting was held in Asheville, and about 150 members made the tour of the Film and Paper divisions.
