STAFF PHOTOGRAPHER.— -...Frank Tow ....EDITOBIAIj.... During the past term the Campus-Crier has not been published regularly. This was due to the fact that space, income from advertis ing, and cost of printing did not work well together. We had the alternative of publishing regularly and spending more of the budget than had been allocated to us, or of publishing irregularly and cutting down cost of operation. Due to the circuaistances, we chose the latter as the most wise procedure both for the college and for the students. As you all know the college is limited in the amount it may spend and if one activity spends more than its share, then another activity will suffer. When the Idea of a miniature newspaper was first mentioned In the journalism class it received instant approval and was highly recommended. However, it is not up to the members of the class to choose whether or n6t you stuidents will receive the paper in this form. It Is left up to you, the students. . Do you want the change? I/et this issue serve as a preview of next years publication and make your choice accordingly. To all of you, we appreciate jxiur cooperation. And to those of you who will be back next year, remember, the more cooperation you give your staff, the better paper you will have. In behalf of the staff, I say, “Thank you, we are proud to have served on our college paper.” —^Smiley E. Courtney. GRADUATION DANCE FRIDAY, MAY E7th 9:00 O’CLOCK V ELKS CLUB /
