The foundation awards James Madi son Fellowships to college seniors and college graduates without teaching ex perience (Junior Fellows) and to ex perienced secondary school teachers in grades 7-12 (Senior Fellows) who will normally enroll, respectively, in full-time and part-time graduate study leading to one of the following master’s degrees listed in the order of the Foundation’s preferability.
