The ancient garden was founded in 2006 by members
of the classics department. Right, the garden is meant
to honor the ancient Greek and Roman gods.
S tudents in the classics department
celebrated their annual Classics
Week March 21-25.
The local Eta Tau chapter of Eta Sigma
Phi hosted the event with the Classical
Society, an organization open to both
classics students and students at large.
The Ancient Garden party, co-sponsored
by the Ancient Gardens / Archaeology
club, started as an LSIC course taught by
professor Dvorsky-Rohner in 2006.
