Miss Francis Brown, (Sadie Buch anan), and Mr. Ralph Kennedy, (Bill Caldwell), both deserve credit for ex cellent performances. Mr. Gaius Link (“Trip” Busty), and Mr. Horace Brown, (Patrick O’Flaherty), also deserve notice for good work in their ''iT^'pec-th't^TOifes. ■■ ■ Y- Praise is due Mr. A. J. Carr and his able assistants, Mr. Glenn Jarvis and Mr. Frank Starnes, for their art istic arrangement of a most attractive stage. Much of the success of the play was due to the efforts of Mr. Halsey Leavitt, the business manager, and Mr. Gaius Link, advertising manager. Miss Clara Rogers, Miss Mary Grace Bald win, Mr. Lowell Glover and Mr. Harry McCracken as family servants in the Barrington household deserve due. credit for excellent work. The attractive stage setting was arranged by the stage manager Mr. T. C. Johnson, Mr. Carl Farrow and Mr. Ottis Walker. Mr. P. F. Snyder and Mr. Carlyle Rutledge as advertising and business managers are in large part responsi ble for the success of the play. Miss Lucile Smith skilfully directed the presentation. Music furnished by the “Snap It Up” Orchestra from Asheville added greatly to the enjoyment of the eve ning and won much applause from the audience, Euterpean Society, and Miss Loleeta Smith was chosen representative of the College Council. Misses Hazel Burchette and Loleeta Smith were elected to represent the Society in the Debate Council. The clubs meet regularly on Tues day and Wednesday nights with Mrs. C. H. Trowbridge and Mr. Paul Butt in charge of the technical part of the training. The girls have about fifteen and the boys have about half-dozen members. Looks good!
