Troy took third place and a trophy January 10 in the Ultimate Powerlifting Competitionn held in Hendersonville. Troy had one week to prepare and train for this event. The physical preparation and training wasn’t what Troy was wor ried about, considering Troy follows a rigorous workout every day. Troy concern ed himself about his mental preparation.
