Beth Goetz Shares
Her Smile Across
The BC Campus
by Kelly Wright
Campus Life Editor
Friendly, caring, responsible, and
always able to throw a smile your way:
these are just a few ways to describe
Beth Goetz. She is a sophomore at
Brevard College and a Residence Hall
Assistant (RHA) on the first floor of
Jones Community. “She is a well-
rounded person who cares about
everyone,” said Megan Martling, a
freshman and first floor resident of Jones
Community.
Goetz is from St. Louis, Mo. She
is the captain of the BC women’s soccer
team and enjoys it very much. “Beth is
always there at the right time. She is
very dependable,” said Melissa
McIntosh, a freshman soccer player.
When Goetz leaves Brevard
College, she plans to receive a masters
degree in psychology from a four-year
university. “Beth is a very nice and
smart person. She never says a bad word
about anyone,” said Laura Hayes,
sophomore and fellow RHA.
Goetz is a one-of-a-kind person and
Brevard College students are lucky to be
able to share this environment with her.
