effective document but that can change so its not rewritten

-Joint Session: Senate and House combined meeting to
get everyone all informed; mainly to ensure effective commu
nications
-House will have own budget—power to appropriate that
money (will relieve Senate of voting on club budgets)
-Meeting Format: 1“ week—Tues-House, Thurs-Senate
2"^ week—Tues-open, Thurs- Committees

-open time is reserved for emergency meetings or
