BC baseball looked
to rebound on April 5
against Southern
Wesleyan University,
following two losses at
Mars Hill the day before.
The Tornados sent
Freshman Spencer Linn
to the mound for his first
collegiate start. Linn has
seen nearly every inning
this season from third

this, has only thrown in
short relief situations.
Linn cruised through the
first 4 innings, allowing
only I hit.
Zach Tolbert belted
his first homerun of the
season in his first at bat, giving
the Tornados a 1-0 lead. How
ever, in the fifth, Linn began to
tire a bit, and SWU scored 4
times. In the sixth, SWU added
3 more, making the game seem
like a blowout at 7-1.
But the Tornados would
not go quietly, answering with 7
