In the category of songs and/ or albums that have just been added. Midnight Oil now has their entire catalog added to the iTunes Store's vast library of songs and albums. Also,Blizzard Entertainment has added their game soundtracks, with a free (this week only) single from their highly-anticipated game, Diablo 111. Also, if you cannot wait for Metallica's latest album, "Death Magnetic", then you've got a new single this week. Goodluck boys, I won't be joining you. The free single of the week is a Jazmine Sullivan song called “Need U Bad”. Among the movies that were just added to iTunes, the highlights are: 10 Questions for the Dalai Lama, Mulholland Drive, the fust American Pie movie. The Peacemaker, Blade Runner (Director's Cut), The Counterfeiters, My Sassy Girl, Redbelt, the 1941 version of The Maltese Falcon, the beloved Tim Burton film The Nightmare Before Christmas, Son of Rambo, American Beauty, Gypsy Caravan: When The Road Bends, Conspiracy Theory, Bring It On, The Triplets of Belleville, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, and All The President's Men. In terms of TV shows, I should mention that they recently added Aaron Sorkin's masterpiece. The West Wing,. They've also added the 4th season of Prison Break (ALREADY?! The\ writing must be staler than the donuts they've been eating by now!), the 1st season of ABC Family's Samurai Girl, Robotech: The Macross Saga, the first season of The Sylvester And Tweety Mysteries, and I should also acknowledge the addition of the first season of CBS's Without A Trace, even though they may or may not have added that this week. Audiobooks don't have many notable releases, the most notable this week is an abridged version of Jackie Robinson's new memoir,/TVever Had It Made. At the end of each week. I'll give a few recommendations from my extremely eclectic library of music, movies, and TV shows. In music this week, my album pick is Mamma Mia! (The Movie Soundtrack). I saw this movie during the summer, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! My single pick in music this week is David Archuleta's new single “Crush”, which I happen to truly enjoy. In movies this week. I'm picking a great movie! My movie pick is the first Ghostbustersl Enjoy! In TV shows this week. I'm going to tell you that the premiere for the 2nd season of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles is just around the comer (next week, in fact!), THIS WEEK ON iTUNES: Sept.2-9,2008 so to prepare for that (and to catch up on the story if you haven't watched) go watch the first season on iTunes! That's my TV show pick this week. Also, next week I'll try my hardest to blow through every new iTunes feature, as Apple is hosting an event Sept. 9 called “Let's Rock” and I'll be certain to tell you about all of Apple's new features, along with any new releases next week!
