April 2, 2010 I The Clarion Odds and Ends Chef Boy-ar-Dave: Mega Burger Average Cost of Meal: $7-$ 10 Time of Preparation: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Serving Size: 2-3 more people Ingredients: 1 Pound of Ground Beef 1 Head of Lettuce 1 Onion 1 Bag of Hamburger Buns 1 Mayo Jar 1 Ketchup Bottle 1 Small Container of Relish 1 Lemon 1 Packet of Cheese 1 Jar of Pickles Instructions: Make balls of meat about a 1/3 of a pound and flatten out into patties. In a medium sized pan coat the bottle in oil or cooking spray. Set heat to MED. Cook burgers to medium (6-8 Minutes). In a medium sized bowl combine 2 parts mayo to 1 part ketchup. Whisk and stir in small amounts of relish, to taste. Cut lemon in half and squeeze into bowl.
