Preparations finalized for commencement, fall semester
Graduating seniors are finalizing their
preparations for commencement next weekend,
while returning students are finalizing their
preparations for the fall semester.
Seniors who plan to receive their diploma at
the commencement ceremony next week must
have their student account paid in full by May 13
at 2 p.m., according to an e-mail sent Monday by
the College’s registrar, Alyse Hollingsworth.
Returning students will be able to check
their financial status beginning Aug. 2 via
WebTwister according to another e-mail sent
Thursday. Specific questions about billing are
to be directed to the finance office.

with last year, there will be an eligibility period
to waive coverage. Students who wish to
waive coverage will need to provide “proof of
creditable health insurance coverage as deemed
by the College’s requirements,” said Thursday’s
e-mail. Applications may be found online. The
deadline for this has not been set.
Final grades for spring 2011 will be available
on WebTwister beginning Friday, May 13.
Printed grade reports will not be mailed out
unless requested specifically by the student.
Students who wish to receive a printed grade
report will need to complete a “Mailed Grade
Report Requesf ’ and submit it to the registrar.
