Although the decrease appears
critical, most are remaining very op
timistic about blacks enrolling in
medical school. ■

APPRECIATION
If it weren't for the senseless wars that rage and
ravage and take the lives of men, we would not
appreciate the times of peace and prosperity.

jubilant laughter at the time of birth.

Regina has recently joined our staff as a writer She has con
sistently submitted quality work and has been persistent in
tracking down sources. Denise serves in two roles on the
staff. She is our chief photographer and also a staff writer
She has consistently worked beyond the call of duty. Both
of these ladies have been an asset to the staff. The editors
and staff want to congratulate Regina and Denise for jobs
well done.
