They’ve got to start thinking about minorities. If Cell has the power to move Dean Crosian around, the other administrators on cam pus will be able to do the same. All in all. the final decision is Croslan’s. Elmarie Erw in, International Stiuiies Major, Senior — The proposal was ludicrous, un caring, and hastily thought out. I don't think it's needed. I think Crosland would be right if she resigned because she wouldn't accomplish anything in the posi tion they'd give her. She would definite ly be giving up power. Tim B. Cousar, Business Administra tion Major, Freshman — Funny how people who didn't have much to do with minority recruit ment can judge and make decisions for minorities. Cell hasn’t worked with them, so how can she make such decisions? Her actions on the proposal and her response to the proposal are really questionable. Lesley Renwrick, Advertising Major, Junior — If they can do that in counseling, they can do that in all administration. All students everywhere will be affected if no one cares what students think. Her [Cell’s] tactics showed how unwilling Arts and Sciences is to truly work with students. Jennifer Galloway, RTVMP Major, Freshman — Very smart (rather underhanded) move for this white institution to dilute the leverage the blacks have on this campus. They continue to abolish positions that are helpfial to the black community. But we’re not as dumb as they think we are. Vince Jenkins, Biology/Pre-Med Ma jor, Sophomore — You try to get ahead and they knock you right back down. You get a lit tle power, and they’ll take it away from you. I’m really tired of this university and its belittling policies they try to get away with. Gina Devose, Education Major, Sophomore 3.0 Seniors Continued from page 5 Reginald T.
