Page 18 Radio Station Has Multi-Talented Director By Carolyn Baker The man behind WSNC-FM is Mr. Clarence Thomas. An honors graduate from Hampton Institute, Mr. Thomas is the Mass Communications Coordinator, and the Radio Staff General Manager. Mr. Thomas also teaches Mass Communica tions, Speech, and is currently planning an academic program in Mass Communica tions.
