The plans for the North Caro

scheduled for completion in the
fall of 1966, have recently been
approved. In November of this
year, the library committee, act

faculty, approved the fourth re

plan is the culmination of t
years’ work on the part of the
library committee. The mem

tion. We , the student body,
realize that the problem is not
simple; that it has ramifications,
in school spirit, academics, iii
attachment to the school emotio
nally, in respect for property,
in responsible behavior; and we
realize that there is no simple
solution. But, we, the student
body, ask for recognition of the
problem, and ask that the ad
ministration be willing to help
the students and the entire com
munity to begin work now on the
problem.
