The general pace of Bedtime Story was one thing which kept it from being a fair play. The pace was perfect for this type of show and was helped along by the actors to lift this play far above the other two In my opin ion. Passion, Poison, and Petrafac- tion. G. B. Shaw Edith Nurse had a small but ' really well played comedy role In this play about the eternal triangle. The main roies were generally well done with Bill Bar- to standing out. Bill’s delivery was really exciting and many times hilarious, and was marred only by his Infrequent anticipa tion of a line. Both Wrenn Philips and Pamela Gibbs managed to maintain their characters throughout the show well enough to keep It running smoothly. Brandy Selph was relievingly and convincingly Cockney. She man aged well to maintain this ac cent throughout her short part. The procenlum-type stage was a nice change from the usual In-the-round style we have been used to at Wesleyan The Wesleyan Players in gen eral did a fine job in presenting three three plays. The scenery for all was well done, with the set for Bedtime Story outstand ingly done. The stage crew did an excellent job striking and rais ing the sets, and the electrical crew was outstanding In each pro duction, and exceptional In Pas- ^ioil,^_^oIson, and Petrifaction. Community Council Elected On April 30th the Wesleyan student body choose its four com munity council representatives for the school year 65-66. According to The Bishop’s Law; “The Community Council is organized by joint action of the faculty, staff and students. It serves as broad counsel for anyone in the col lege community and it makes recommendations to the faculty, the Student Government, and the administration. The Community Council Is not a judiciary body, It does not make laws but merely recommends to either the faculty, the administration, or the student body, as the case merits. OFFICE EQUIPMEHT CO.
