THERE’S ONLY ONE GOAL
No matter what bur job, our big job
is to please our customers.
So very often, some of us feel that
our particular job isn't too important --
we don't see how it fits into the entire
scheme of things in the business. And
so we feel that what we do just does not
count for much.
On the other hand, let's never over
look the important fact that whatever our
job -- however indirectly it may do so --
every job is designed to serve one big
purpose --to bring about the kind of
work, the kind of quality, thekindof ser
vice that will satisfy our boss -- Mr.
Customer.
The fellow who sweeps the floor may
not feel that he's doing anything impor
tant -- particularly important so far as
pleasing our customers is concerned.
Yet, if we don't maintain a neat work
place, we can't turn out the kind of job
that will meet with Mr. Customer's 100%
approval.
So, no matter what our job -- we
repeat -- let's do it to the best of our
ability -- because every job fits into the
big job of pleasing our customers -- the
folks who keep us in business.
