So very often, some of us feel that our particular job isn't too important -- we don't see how it fits into the entire scheme of things in the business. And so we feel that what we do just does not count for much. On the other hand, let's never over look the important fact that whatever our job -- however indirectly it may do so -- every job is designed to serve one big purpose --to bring about the kind of work, the kind of quality, thekindof ser vice that will satisfy our boss -- Mr. Customer. The fellow who sweeps the floor may not feel that he's doing anything impor tant -- particularly important so far as pleasing our customers is concerned. Yet, if we don't maintain a neat work place, we can't turn out the kind of job that will meet with Mr. Customer's 100% approval. So, no matter what our job -- we repeat -- let's do it to the best of our ability -- because every job fits into the big job of pleasing our customers -- the folks who keep us in business.
