VACATION NOTICE
According to the terms of our vaca
tion plan, we designate the week be
ginning Sunday, December 25, 1955, as
vacation week. You will recall that the
terms of the Vacation Plan provide that
the Company has a right to require our
employees to work during the vacation
week. You, of course, will be paid your
regular wages for any work performed
during that week.
Our plants will close on Thursday
night, December 22, 1955, and will re
sume operations on Tuesday morning,
December 27, 1955.
Christmas vacation pay checks will
be delivered on Friday, December 9,
Our plants will not operate on Mon
day, January 2, 1956, as we will observe
that day as a New Year's holiday.
We wish for all our employees and
their families a Merry Christmas and
a Happy New Year'.
