Howdy!
Busy and warm summertime is
when we begin to look for short cuts
and easy food preparation. The dump
cake recipe below is one of the easiest
and best we've seen lately. Hope
you'll try it.
Dump CaJce
1 Can crushed pineapple
1 Can grated coconut
1 Package yellow cake mix
2 Sticks butter
Cover bottom of a two-quart Pyrex
dish with crushed pineapple, undrained.
Sprinkle grated coconut over pineapple.
Cover coconut and pineapple with yel
low cake mix directly from the box.
Slice two sticks of butter/lengthwise in
to three strips. Place strips on top
of other ingredients and bake one hour
at 325 degrees. Cool, cut into squares
and serve with whipped cream.
