Person-To-Person Pairs People, Programs Several Adams—Millis I employees at Plants 3 and 4 in Kernersville completed training as referral agents for the Winston—Salem For syth County United Way pro gram. •'You did an outstanding [job during the campaign,” said Danny McNair, Group IVice President. “Without your help we could not have been nearly as successful. We are proud of what you did.” The referral agents will serve as contacts for their CO—workers and other people in the community who may need assistance [from a United Way agency. "As referral agents they [are knowledgeable about human care organizations in the community,” said Sarah McFarland, director of vol- I unteer development with the Winston—Salem—Forsyth County United Way. Connelly will be based in High Point and will report to Norman Weiss, President of Adams-Millis Sales Com pany. Previously, he was em ployed with Russell Hosiery Mills, Inc. in Star as Ex ecutive Vice President and President Russell National Sport Sock Division. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and lives in Troy. Amco News Introduces Earle Connelly High Point and will be re sponsible for the company’s total hosiery line. Previously she was Mer chandising/Marketing Ser vices Manager with Kayser-Roth Hosiery Inc. in Greensboro. Prior to that she worked with L’eggs Pro ducts, Inc. She lives in Winston- Salem and attended the Susan West University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Hogan previously was Vice President of Sales for Rus sell Hosiery Mills of Star. He earned a bachelor’s degree from State University at Bu ffalo in New York. Hogan and his wife, Mary Jo, and their children reside in Holbrook, N.Y. He will re port to Ron Stroup, Senior Randy Melton Sales Vice President — Manager. Melton previously worked with Southern Life Insur ance in Greensboro as a computer programmer. He works in Information Ser vices Department in the Administrative Offices and reports to Bill Clodfelter, Manager of Programming. He resides in Greensboro.
