"The Carripus Echo" CLASS NEWS The Freshr.ian Class mot January 8 and decided to give a play, "The Fool’s Errand." This play has hccn given at leading houses in New York and has proved to be a sensation. Can the Freshman ' Class producc something similar? •There v/as a rumor that the Freshman Department of the Liberal Arts and the School of Comr;*ercc v;ould split. After calling the two sections together^ they mutually agreed to remain consolidated and work together harmoniously. The Freshmen arc planning to show their abilities and class love at the Frcshm.an--Sophomore Debate. They are making elaborate preparations for sane. The debate v/ill be held Friday, Feb. 17, 1928--8 P. M., Avery Auditoriam. The Commercial II Class miOt Wednesday, Feb. 8, 1928. Mr. L. Alston, the president, presided. A veiy interesting discussion was carried on. WHY SHOULD I? E’en though men shun the poorer class, And let them wail and cry, E'en though men tread the shorter pass, I wonder "why should I"?
