Let oui- chef, Bolio Tatloe, serve you his special recipe barbeque, a famous Q-burger, the best all-beef hot dogs in town, a riblet sandwich, or our house specialty (thick, juicy, grilled bologna on toast w/grilled onions and cheese). Other unique items are Tatloe’s seasoned fries, homemade sweet potato pie, raspberry lemonade, and peach drink. The most unique thing of all about Quicksilver is that it is operated by Hayti Development Corporation^ a neighborhood non-profit; therefore, all monies received will stay in the community to fund projects which meet neighborhood needs.
