They attend these classes three weeks and during these few weeks they learn how to get along with others; how to go about securing a job, how to keep the job and how to pass a test. During these three weeks they talk to their counselor and, if they are undecided about what they want to do, he helps them make up their minds along with listening to some of their many problems. After three weeks, they are either placed on a job or into technical skill training or admitted to college for fur ther educational training, or any other route they might want to take at this time. The Orientation Counselor is Martha Young and the Employment Counselor is Cary Strickland. Both are very nice and deoendable people who are always on the job and always willing to help in any way. Also part of the Con- centrative Employment Program’s technical skill training includes learning to operate commercial sewing machines. These classes are taught by Mrs. Elatha Wilson.
