LIBRARIAN ANNOUNCES SET OF LIBRARY RULES (Continued From Pago One) for time the book is kept after the first period. Novels from reference desk may be loaned to any student of the college for two days. A fine of ten cents per day is charged for each day the book is kept over-time. Current magazines are loaned at the reference desk and are subject to the same regulations as the reference books. Other magazines are loaned at the stack room desk to be kept for one day, unless otherwise provided for by li brarian in charge. A fine of five cents per day is charged for each day the magazine is kept over-time. Only Seniors and librarians are per mitted to go in the stack room. Members of English III-B class will be permitted to renew the books of fic tion for two days in addition to the allotted time. There is no freedom of the press in Soviet Russia.
