DISCUSSIONS WILL, BE HELD SUNDAY MORNING On Sunday morning, February 16, the students at Elon will have the unique pleasure of hearing Dr. Reina,rd Harkema, Professor D. J. Bow'den, Professor G. T. Prior, Dr. Merton French, and Dr. H. L. Snuggs in a panel discussion of the subject “The Negro in Present Day Life.” The discussion will last from 10 A. M. 'to 11 A. INTRAMURAL BASKETBALL With the regular schedule of games for ithe season drawing near the close, the race for the cham pionship honors in the intramural basketball loop is steadily nar rowing down to heated scrap. At the conclusion of play in cluding games of February 11, tbe North dormitory Wallbusters re mained at the head of the loop standings a perfect record still intact. So far the Wallbusters have turned in five victories against no defeats and two more games re main on the slate for the club. In the remaining twio tilts the Wall busters will tackle the Day Stud ent Ramblers and the PublislhJng House Editors. The Bditons and the East dor mitory Rabbittfooters remained in a tie for the second place honors with each of the two teams hav ing a record of four victories against one defeat. In trimming the League of Nations five an 1 remained in the tie for second honors. The Editors and Rabbitt- footers 3,re scheduled to meet next week in the battle that wiii knock one of the clubs from sec ond place berth. In games played since February 7 the results show the Wallbusters 32, Rats 28; Editors 24, Eastwinds. 21; Rabbittfooters 21, League of Nations IS; and Ramblers 34 Rats 31.
