The only goal was scored by
Elon’s Paul Lawson, with an
assist from Joe Nepay.
Bel Haven had 13 shots on
goal, three corner kicks, and 11
saves by their goalie.
On Saturday Elon played
Huntsville, a college in Alaba
ma. Huntsville had a 7-0 victory
over Elon.
Ballard said, “We ran out of
gas for this game.”

le end of the first quarter, when Elon led 5-2. After that, the

Through the fall season, in which the team practiced three

The team plays about a 12-game schedule which commences
ith a March 1 scrimmage with Pfeiffer. The team hopes to
nprove on its 1984 spring season record of 5-7. Junior midfiel-

seven saves by their goalie.
