Twenty Elon students are spending a summer in Los
Angeles, Calif., earning six hours of credit while onsite in
Hollywood, two hours of internship credit and four hours
of communications elective credit.
In addition to an internship, students will take a course
on the business of Hollywood and interact with profes
sionals as they discover the ins and outs of the conceiving
stories, pitching scripts, financing films and recruiting
talent. The course is designed to have weekly interactions
with entertainment professionals in Hollywood.
