Progress
The Delta Gamma chapter, Ome

outlined its tentative program for
this school year. Under the capable
leadership of Brother Hayves
Streter, the brothers of Delta Gam
ma have resolved that this shall be
the most successful and profitable
year in the chapter’s outstanding
history.
In order to achieve our goals and
objectives, each brother has vowed
to double if not triple his output,
so that we shall continue to be a
progressive and forceful chapter.
As can be readily surmized, broth

Thanks to the present cooperative
efforts of the brothers and the en
tire college family, our predictions
are destined to be fulfilled. If this
continues, our projects should out
distance our every expectation.
The brothers of Delta Gamma are
especially elated over the progress
of the Lampados Club, “The Invin
cible Eight.” We welcomed these
aspiring young men, who possessed
the necessary essential qualities
and good scholarship, in the hope of
creating loyal “sons of blood and
thunder.” After being initiated into
the pledge club, they immediately
embarked upon the task of proving
their unselfish interest in all facets
of Omega life. We, the brothers of
Delta Gamma, have faith that their
period of probation will afford them
an opportunity to become increas
ingly aware of the responsibilities
facing them as Omega men. These
prospective brothers are Ray Bak

Kinston; Bennie Fulton, Mathemat
ics major. New Bern; George Lans-
ford, Biology major, Potecasi;
Cecil Ramsey, History major,
Brooklyn, N. Y.; Cornelius Squalls,
