An All- CIAA pre-season pick for 1980 and potential pro prospect, Tiilman is majoring in physical education. Ike Hall, native of Auburn, Alabama is already a legend at Fayetteville State Univ., and the city of Fayetteville. He attained All-CIAA in 1979, All-NAIA, and currently is and All American Candidate. This season. Hall has already attained Pre-season All- CIAA. All-CIAA punter Bertie Wadford for FSU will be seeking the CIAA punting title again this year. The South Carolina native is a junior physical education major and is currently averaging over 40 yards per punt. Friday, December 5 Queens and teams tour the city, visit schools, et cetera, VIP reception for CIAA and MEAC college and University heads, Gold Bowl Queens Pre-Gold Bowl Party (a public function) and prcgame interviews and con ferences. Saturday, December 6 Special A.M. alumni program. Sports Fan Review, Competition and Parade, high school band show, pre-game show, Gold Bowl IV game.
