Sonya Brown
You saw her in “The River
Niger" as Grandma. She's
Sonya Brown from Morristown,
N. J. Since the dramatic
presentation, "Grandma" and
Sonya Brown have become
interchangeable around camp
us. Moreover, Sonya has been
enjoying a degree of stardom
since her dynamic performance.
Though popular, during this
interview Miss Brown seemed
10 be the same outgoing,
sentimental, and caring person
she is off stage. When asked
what inspired her to act, she
staled, "1 enjoy acting because
11 relieves all my pressures. It
takes my mind off personal
problems." In addition to
acting. Miss Brown also enjoys
meeting people, guys who are
honest and intelligent, "plain
talkin’ " and being a disc
jockey.
Although Miss Brown is a
Sisters."
