organizations, are sponsoring Health Fair '85, April 19-28, at various

Foot Screening
Hearing
Anemia
and others
Lung Function
Chiropractic
Glaucoma
Sickle Cell
Two optional Blood Chemistry test will be offered.
A ChemScan T4 which analyzes 25 blood components will be offered for
MO.OO. Recommended fasting time is four hours.
A ChemScreen T4+HDL, which analyzes 25 blood components and
evaluates risk of coronary disease, will be offered for M5.00. Required
fasting time is 12 hours.
THOSE TAKING PRESCRIBED MEDICATIONS SHOULD
CONTINUE AS DIRECTED AND CONSULT THEIR PHYSICIAN
BEFORE FASTING.
Screenings are available to anyone 18 years or older.
Screenings are NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR A PHYSICAL
EXAMINATION BY YOUR DOCTOR.
