November 8, 1989 Sports FINALLY! FINALLY! FINALLY! Fayetteville State Downs Livingstone For First Win SALISBURY CAP) - Keeneth FYalzer ran for two touch downs and Anthony Bames threw a fourth-quarter touchdown pass on Saturday to rally Fayetteville State to a 20-13 ClAA victory over Livingstone. Both teams are 1-8. FValzer’s scoring runs, 1 and 12 yards, gave the Broncos a 12-0 lead after th^ missed both conversion kicks. Livingstone got to within 12-7 after Cedric Burgess Intercepted a Bames pass and returned It 68 yards. James Simpson kicked the conver sion. The Bears took the lead with 14.05 left to play on a 2- yard run Aaron Geddls, but Simpson missed the conver sion. Barnes hit Anthony Edwards on a 19-yard scoring play on a drive after the klckoff with 11:21 left, and the pair connected on the 2-polnt conversion for the vlctoiy.
