spect for herself to not be so easy.
The promiscuity of male and fe
male students at FSU has been called
into question lately. One group wishes
to blame the other. I always thought it
took two people to tango, not one. The
responsibility is yours not to get caught
up in a bad situation.
Brothers and sisters should have
enough respect for each other to be
able to trust each other, but we don’t.
We must take responsibility for our
own actions and not carry on like resi
dent high school students. We are all
young adults at FSU, let’s present a
mature atmosphere.

FSU welcomes the man who has as
his goal the production of graduates
who will understand “that he/she
ONLY has control of his/her destiny;
that he/she ONLY can restore our com
munities and rebuild our families; that
he/she ONLY can educate our next
generation; and that the ultimate great
ness of their university lies in their
commitment to reach back and give
back. It is only then that we can say
they are truly educated. It is to this
end that I pledge my tenure as chan
cellor of Fayetteville State Univer
sity.,,
