With changing times, more non-black women are choosing to find interest and membership in our organization. Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is open to women of all races and creeds. Therefore, anyone with an interest of joining our illustrious organization comprised of hard working women should continue to do so regardless of race. [Voice] What type of programs will the Delta Alpha Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc implement for the Spring 2010 semester? What goals does your organization wish to accomplish by implementing these programs? [J.C.] Delta Alpha will be hosting several programs during the Spring 2010 semester beginning with Delta Alpha Week which is January 24th-January 30th 2010. All of our programs will be under our national platforms. We hope to inspire, teach, and also learn while implementing these programs. Here are some interesting facts about FSU in history! January -8,1973: Eight inches of snow covered the campus of FSU; first snow-fall in over 13 years. -8,1973: FSU’s own Dr. William M. Bell named Chairman of the NCAA. -8,1973: FSU gets approved by the University of North Carolina General Administration to resume the associate of arts degree for students at Ft.
