4 WCC CAMPUS VOICE -MAY 20,1992 Spring Fling revived in 1992 By DAU AND TODD HOUE On UJednesday, April 22 approximately 300 to 450 students partic- pated in Spring Fling 1992. Spring Fling was re— t«tiib1lfth«d this ytar after a 2-year layover. Participants won such prizes as UCC Spring Fling t-shirts, hats, and 2 liter Pepsi products. Events included volleyball, a dunking booth, gol-f, and darts a11 sponsored by the AG Cl ub. The Associate Degree Nurses I <ADN> sponsored a volleyball team, and ADN II organized a pie throwing event. 1 I rr Mothers and daughters share a picnic hot dogs and chips the SGA provided. f - ^3- I Fowl pie in the l<isser PHOTOS Camm i Daw Todd Howe an d Phi Beta Lambda cooked the hot dogs. SADHA sponsored th« three-legged race and the human wheelbarrow compet i t i on. Beth Jones, Director of Student Activities, said the event was a success because of beautiful weather, the cooperation of all participating clubs,, and student, faculty, and staff involvement. i ;.p • Hey, Ma, look at my t-shirt!
