The WCC Bison Tennis
Team ended its season
with 3 wins, 1 tie, and
6 losses, according to
coach Gina Bowers.
The team consisted
of Jeff Allen, a
General Technology
student interested in
nursing; Matt Ames,
Electronic Engineering
Technology; Larry
Coker, a college
transfer student
planning to major in
accounting at ECU; and
Jason Gerhardt,
Electronic Engineering
Technology.
Also Sam Gibson, a
college transfer
student planning to
major in political
science; Charles
Goosman, a college
transfer student
interested in computers
or research; D.J.
Joyner, a sophomore
college transfer
studen- planning to
major in accounting;
Les Kramer, accounting
and Darren Nix,
Aviation Maintenance
Technology.
The top six seeds
were Matt Ames, (7-2);
Les Kramer. (4-5); JDl*_L-
Joyner. (3-3); Darren

The 1993 Bisons
faced Pitt Community,
Cape Fear, Brunswick,
Coastal, and Sandhills.
The season ended
with a tournament
plagued by rain delays
on May 13 at Herman
Park.
