Cougar Cry ‘LrN(^UP” WITH STUDENT ACTIVITIES In December! November 22 - December 3 Angel Tree Program begins Give Santa a helping hand this year and sponsor a child in need of Christmas care. In order to participate, simply select a name on the Angel Tree located in the Student Center Lobby. Then pur chase the gifts and return them to Student Services by 12 noon on Friday, December 3. Children’s names were obtained through the Christmas In Wilkes program. Tuesday, December 7 Holiday Reception / Disability Awareness Day 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. in Student Center Lobby *The culinary students will be hosting a reception in the Student Center Lobby. Come enjoy some of their delicious desserts for free!!! Charlofte Wheelchair Hornets Basketball Exhibition Game Monday, December 6 at 6:30 p.m. ^ ^ Wilkes Community College Gymnasium Ticket Cost is $2. Proceeds will go to the Charlotte Wheelchair Hornets Basketball Team to assist them with their travel costs! Wednesday, December 8 Holiday Wreafh Workshop Room 1112 in the Student C«nler Come to this workshop and make a Holiday Wreath. The workshop is being offered at 11 a.m., 12 noon and 1 p.m. Space is limited to 8 people per session. See Scott Johnson to sign-up for a workshop. Everything is free for students and the cost is $5 for faculty & staff. December 13-15 Exam Snacks Enjoy free snacks in the Student Center Lobby! They will be available on all three exam days!!!
