Song of Myself
By; Ronnie Wood
My place here has been given to me by the
man above.
Blessed and happy with my mothers love.
I’ve been picked to be on this earth to live a
life.
I shall be true to myself and to live full worthy.
As life proceeds I shall get smarter,
And I will spread love wherever I go.
Life is full of ups and downs,
But I shall live on, smiles and frowns.
Jabberwocky
by Lewis Carroll (Charles L. Dodgson)
From Through the Looking-Glass, 1871
Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.
"Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!"
He took his vorpal sword in hand:
Long time the manxome foe he sought--
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
And stood awhile in thought.
And, as in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame.
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood.
And burbled as it came!
One two! One two! And through and through
The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back.
"And hast thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!"
He chortled in his joy.
Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

If I Could
By: Lacie Lyon
If I could catch a rainbow I would do it just for you
And share with you it's beauty on the days you're feeling
blue
If I could build a mountain you could call your very own
A place to find serenity A place to be alone
If I could take your troubles I would toss them in the sea
But all these things I'm finding are impossible for me
I cannot build a mountain or catch a rainbow fair
But wherever you go I will always be there.
