When Mr. Caudill feels stressed out, he likes to spend time alone, kick the walls, go mountain biking, or go trout fishing. Mr. Caudill expressed that he has two different personali ties; one when he is at work and an entirely dif ferent one when he Is at home. According to Mr. Caudill's paradigm, in order to be a good leader one needs to recognize his/her strengths, have a good memory, and to take a lot of notes. Some leaders whom Mr. Caudill holds In high esteem are Harry Truman, Jimmy Carter, and Billy Graham. He admires Harry Truman because “Truman never sugar-coated anything and let the good, the bad, and the ugly show.” Mr. Caudill admires Jimmy Carter because former President Carter exhibits good morals and ethics. Mr. Caudill looks up to Billy Graham because he Is a wonderful spiritual leader. Mr. Caudill also clas sified himself as an introvert; however, this per sonality trait has no impact on his leadership skills. His theory on hiring includes the fact that one should hire people that are Just as good as the hirer or better.
