Alleghany Campus News SGA Christmas Event A Success The Alleghany SGA welcomed approximately 90+ students and family members to its first an nual Snowflake Holiday Party, Friday, December 12'*'. This was the first big function at the new campus and for the newly formed ASGA. Holiday lights, trees, and wreathes decked out the campus for the grand festivities. The Jolly Old Elf himself made an early trip to Alleghany to visit with students and their children. There was food ga lore, face painting, games, music, prizes, pictures with Santa, and, of course, an opportunity for the stu dents to come together. Small gift and candy bags were also assembled to give to the disadvantaged children in the county. Students participated in an angel tree collection, as well as a coat and food drive for those that are struggling this holiday season. All in all, it was a great evening shared by each and every one who at tended. Santa exclaimed that all the SGA members had been extremely good girls and boys and that he would be very generous this year.
