Last week proceedings were brought in the Judicial Board against Dr. Sheridan Simon of
the physics department. Girls in Mary Hobbs and Binfordhad complained of voyeurism.
The case [based on the photo above] was thrown out when Simon claimed he was "just
taking pictures of low flying birds."

immediately. Though the final selection constitutionally rests with the Executive Board,
the Union is opening the nominations to the student body. If you know someone

Blow for Blow, a feature
length fiction film about a group
of women garment workers in
France will be shown Thursday,
April 3 at 8 p.m. in the Gallery,
Founders Hall. Admission will
be 50f( for Cuilford students, $1
for others. The film, sponsored
by Guilford PIRG, tells the story
of what happens when, as a
result of an escalating series of
provocations, the women are
convinced to occupy the plant
where they work. French, with
English subtitles.
