With "Blood And Roses" however, the drums pick up a bit, and the B-side sounds much better (maybe in con trast to the A-side). The tempo comes down, the drums and guitar take on a new wave sound. On the whole, the band is a little reminiscent of Jason and the Scorchers. If you can overlook the boring tracks, and you like a country influenced sound, this is a pretty good album.
