THE GUILFORDIAN
The Guiifordian is the student-run newspaper
of Guilford College. It exists to provide a high-
quality, reliable, informative and entertaining
forum for the exchange of ideas, information
and creativity within Guilford College and the
surrounding community.
General staff meetings for The Guiifordian
take place every Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. in
Founders Hall and are open to the public.

guidelines.We can design a customized ad for you
if you need this service.The Guiifordian reserves

LETTERS
The Guiifordian actively encourages readers
to respond to issues raised in our pages via
letters to the editor. Letters can be submitted to
guilfordian@guilford.edu by 3 p.m. on the Sunday
before publication and should not exceed 300
words. Letters that do not meet the deadline or
word limit will be considered on a space-available
basis. Anonymous letters will not be accepted. By
submitting a letter to The Guiifordian, you give
The Guiifordian permission to reproduce your
letter in any format.The Guiifordian reserves the
right to editorial review of all submissions.

The Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award is
presented to one graduating senior and one
resident of the Triad to acknowledge distinguished
service performed in the Triad area.
Nominations are confidential, and the
winners will be announced at the Spring Awards
Convocation.
Nomination forms are available on the Guilford
Intranet under Services > Advancement >
Algernon Sydney Sullivan Awards at Guilford
College. Please submit all nominations to Jill Orr in
