Golly, there won’t be anyone here
this weekend.”

Saturday morning a basketball

pete in the Annual Chapel Hill
1 Mayday. 'Meredith, W. C., Chapel
Hill Coeds, Saint Mary’s, and Salem
are the colleges that will be repre-
senteil. Carolyn Taylor, Claiborne

b'oberson and Gloria Paul will rep
resent Salem. Virtie Stroup, who will
be in Chaj)el Hill, will also play.
The basketball play-day is under
the sponsorship of th(! Woman’s
Athletic Association, Basketball
Club, and Physical Education majors.
The Salem team will play UXC
from 10:30—10:50. Woman’s Col
lege vs Salem will be p!a;^ed at
11:.30—11:50, After lunch Meredith
and Salem play at 2:40—.‘i:00. Salem
and Duke play the la.st game of
tho play-day at 4:00.
