The plot centers about a "rather middle-aged" widov/ who tries to get her eighteen-year old son to act as a four teen-year old boy so that she imr.y marry a younger man. The whole play is one roll of laughter piled on the other, and ends in ev eryone's pretending he is younger than he really is. son; and Stephen Earp her beau.. The donations were made by three townsmoi:i, J. W. Privette, vV. H. Farmer,and W.R. Parson. Mrs,Lewis, librarian, states that this money will be used in the most practical way to increase the assets of the 1ibrary. Pup i1s will receive benefits from these gifts if they take advantage of the opportunities off ered by bhe library* Sixty Bciley wo;.non are attending First Aid classes conducted by Lir. Ins coo. I THREE MEMBERS I MEET STANDARDS As an award for mer itorious service done in connection with the publication of the BUGLE, the school is offering a journalism pin to a.nj student meeting the minimum standards of require ments . Present eligibility is based on the number of inches of material secured, drawn, or v/ritton. One thousand inches of ads secured, one hundred and fifty inches of written ma terial, one thousand inches of drawings done on the mimeoscopv^ 1 one thousand lines of titles cut, or a com bination of these Inches will merit a pin, ADDED REQUISITES Beginning with the I-'ebriiary issue certain additional require ments must bo met. The attitude to’/ards work, promptness of material, responsibility assumed, and the initiative taken vill be included. Moreover the correct ness of typing, spell ing, counting,and Eng lish used v/ill bo graded by the advisers. STUDENTS ELIGIBLE To date Marks TJndar- woed, Christine Pinch, and Sidney Jones are ' eligible for pins.
