Sinco last year's j
seniors aren’t arotxnd |
any more, it doesn't
seem like the same old
place. Lingering in
the halls, however,
are others who^ take
thoir places.
During the change of
classes the halls are
astir Y/ith talk, laugh
ter and whistling, for
that is the favorite
time to chat and ex
change gossip. Al
though whistling seems
impolite, quite a lot
goes on. It has been
asked that it be cut
out and nearly every
one has CO-operated,
I.'Iiss Lackey is always
’’herding" her students
into the room so that
they don't got to lin
ger long.
The juniors arc con
stantly ducking behind
locker doors v/hen Mrs,
Parmer steps to the
door to see what is
keeping thorn,
Preshmcn, still a-
fraid'of missing some
thing, hurry to get to
their next class. Is
it because they like
lessons so v/ell, or
can't they find any
thing to linger for?
