Cl^dc Erwin has announced that a series of Driver Institutes will be held for teachcrs and principals so that they may train 2,000, 000 drivers of motor vehicles needed by the armed forces. Acting as institute director will be Ralph J, Andrews, Victor Corps coordinator for the state dcpartinent of public instruction. The faculty agreed that the money could best be used as a stimr- ulus in promoting cit izenship practices throughout the school. All scrap brouglit to school will be market ed by Kash County,tho procoecls going ' to Bailey school. To do so, twenty-fivo dollars in cash will be awarded the student in high school and in elementary school who shows the most im provement in citizen ship throughout the year.
