Each neniber is pre paring a speech on sone agricultural topic of ’ ' his I- cho ice. The winner will : ro,*»'' present this chapte,.'* in the federation contest in Iilarch. ■ AGktCULTURE BOYS GET PRACTICE IN TRADES For shop practice the junior and senior agriculturo classes were divided into trade groups. Fluinbing, electricity, sheet r.ietal v/orlc, and equipnont assembly are being learned by set ting up the cannery. The groups work at their chosen trades, FARMERS CLEAN SEED 'Thirty-four quarts of tobacco seed have been cleaned by the Future Farmers since Chirst- mas for sbventy--one different farraers. Cleaning seed is a good practice for the boys states I.Ir. Lcamon Tapp, for it separates the undeveloped seeds from the good ones. FARM PRACTICE SUMMARY fOR 1943 ',■8,933.95 v/as the total labor income of the Bailey Future Far mers ' during 1943, Fifty-seven members made project plans and fifty-three car ried the program to completion.
